Alltrades works with qualified Structural Engineers and Geotech Engineers to prepare contsruction drawings and sign off on changes to receive a schedule “C” (final inspection). Costs associated with a simple change to increase the span and/or the load bearing of either above or below grade can range from $ 900.00-$1600.00 including 2 site visits and rendering new drawings.
